Phyllis White

Phyllis White is a consultant for HealthSystems Redesign, Inc. (HSR). Her expertise is in academic medical practice management.  She has held several administrative and executive positions at the major teaching hospitals within the Boston area: Brigham and Women's Hospital, Beth Israel, and Boston University Medical Center.

Her knowledge of financial streamlining, budget preparation and oversight, human resource evaluation and stabilization spans over three decades.  She has developed and monitored credentialing systems, department-specific critical pathways, work flow studies to improve efficiency, residency guidelines and academic advancement initiatives.  She has re-engineered and re-structured the Post-graduate Fellowship Program for the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Brigham and Women's Hospital.
